
Refund Policy:
In the event a player elects to withdraw from the program, refunds will be provided as follows:
o Player withdrawal prior to Draft Day* - 100% of registration fee less a $10 administrative fee
- 100% fund raising fee if materials returned.
o Player withdrawal after Draft Day* - 50% of the registration fee / no fundraising fee
o Player withdrawal after team selection – NO REFUND
* Draft Day for T-ball and softball equals team assignment
Refund(s) for player withdrawal due to unforeseen circumstances (injury, moving) will be considered by the LYBS Board on an individual basis. All refunds will occur by June 1st in the form of a check mailed to the above address unless notified differently. LYBS is not responsible for lost checks and may charge a cancellation fee to void check and reissue.
